OUR STORY
We opened in April 2013 in a tiny building so small if the class had more than a dozen some would have to go outside. We quickly grew and have since moved 3 times, today partnering with Fit4Life. This offers a unique situation where are Crossfit Unbridled members also have access to Fit4Life's 26,000 sq/ft fitness facility including strongman equipment, punching bags, as well as inside tires and sleds.

CROSSFIT
Crossfit if defined as 'Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, done at High Intensity. It's the most well-rounded approach to complete fitness. Everyone does the same workout each day no matter what time the class is. They are all Certified Trainer led and normally consist of small classes (average around 10 or so per class).
BURN
Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. BURN will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.
